As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Accounts Receivable (AR) team and seeking motivated individuals who are detail-focused and eager to build a long-term career in medical billing.

Position: AR Associate

Role Summary:
The AR Associate will be responsible for managing insurance claim follow-ups, resolving denials, and ensuring prompt reimbursement from payers. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with both insurance providers and internal departments.

Key Duties

• Follow up with insurance carriers regarding unpaid or rejected claims
• Investigate claim issues and take corrective action to secure timely payments
• Accurately post and reconcile payments in the billing system
• Maintain AR reports and follow-up documentation
• Work closely with billing and payment teams to resolve claim discrepancies

Candidate Requirement

• 6–12 months of experience in U.S. Medical Billing (AR follow-up preferred), OR
• Basic knowledge of the U.S. medical billing process (training will be provided)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting tools
• Fresh graduates with good English communication and Excel skills are welcome to apply

Job Information

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month
• Language Requirement: Fluent English (Required)
• Preferred Location: Lahore – Johar Town
• Work Mode: On-site / In person
